Is there a template for this already, or can someone make one please? Being able to delete a post without it asking if you're sure you want to delete it.

Talking about this:
This is not a function that is controlled by layout templates, so no from a "can this be done with a template" perspective. It's also not a function that is editable as a whole, as it's hard coded on the software side. You're free to ask in the Support section if this is something PB is willing to consider changing, but I will note that a) it is unlikely PB would be willing to change this, and b) new feature development is currently suspended.

Talking about this: That is there for accidental clicks because once it is gone, it can never be recovered. It is all done clientside via javascript [1], so no amount of template modification would help in this case.
